Aufgaben
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Professional correspondence. You will support our Managing Directors, ensuring seamless communication with our customers. Further you will support by drafting and reviewing presentations and documents.
Reliable schedule management. You will be maintaining the Managing Directors' diaries, arranging and coordinating both internal and external meetings as well as organizing the resources required for them.
Effective travel management. You will take care of our Managing Directors' travel arrangements as well as expenses and provide coordinated support during business trips.
Operations Management. Together with the office MD you will be responsible for local operations in Vienna and provide remote support to Zurich. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives at the local level.
Qualifikationen
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
During the path of your career, you have gained experience in administration and EA duties within a service-oriented environment.
You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who brings the necessary hands-on mentality to thrive in a quickly growing company.
Working independently, flexibly and reliably and with a high level of discretion and confidentiality, comes as second nature to you.
Your work is well organized, solution-oriented, and you are confident using MS Office.
Experiences in an international environment, a confident manner and a strong service focus complete your profile. You are fluent in business-level English and German.
